<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product without mingling sundry bacteria in air and durable to its preservation for a long period at normal temperatures by concentrating carrot extract under a reduced pressure at a low temperature in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the carrot extract comprises adding natural water to the carrot, filtering naturally, installing a rotary evaporator, neocool circulator, trap, vacuum gage and diaphragm type vacuum pump, and concentrating under 130-150 mmHg reduced pressure at 65-72°C in the short time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
