PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To providing convenience to a card company by loading a plurality of affiliated services on one card while reducing the work load of the card company or a member store.

SOLUTION: This card forming device 3 downloads an affiliated service selected by a user and records it in an IC card 5. A system for charging every affiliated service selected is provided. Further, a system for displaying affiliated destinations enabling the user to receive a service on the card and sorting a use point generated by the use of the card to the affiliated destinations having the similar service content according to the user's instruction is provided.
