<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage treatment plant water quality monitoring and controlling device where deterioration in a biological reaction rate is estimated, and treatment water quality of a fixed standard or higher can always be secured. <P>SOLUTION: In the sewage treatment plant water quality monitoring and controlling device, the monitoring and controlling of water quality in the sewage treatment plant constituted of a biological reaction tank is performed. The monitoring and controlling device is provided with: a first water quality sensor 25 for measuring water quality components in the reaction tank of a biological reaction tank 7, or in a tank, piping or a pond located at the poststage part to the biological reaction tank; a second sensor 24 for measuring the water quality components same as the water quality components measured by the first water quality sensor in a tank 6, or in piping or a pond located at the prestage part to the designated biological reaction tank; a biological reaction rate estimation apparatus for estimating the biological reaction rate of the specified water quality components in the biological reaction tank designated from each measured value in the first and second water quality sensors; and a monitoring apparatus 21 for performing guidance display of deterioration in the biological reaction rate, the cause thereof, and a countermeasure therefor on the basis of the estimated biological reaction rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
