<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device having high reliability obtaining stable performance and an output even though it is used for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A boost sensor 12 for detecting the pressure of supply air supplied from a variable displacement turbo supercharger 7 to an engine 1 through an inter-cooler 9, and a differential pressure sensor 13 for detecting differential pressure between the upstream and the downstream of an EGR valve 6 arranged in an EGR passage 4, are provided. A means for most suitably controlling a supply air amount by variably controlling the variable displacement turbo supercharge 7 based on the output signal of the boost sensor 12, and a means for most suitably controlling an EGR amount by variably controlling the opening of the EGR valve 6 based on the output signals of the boost sensor 12 and differential pressure sensor 13, are provided.
