TRANSFLECTIVE/REFLECTIVE OPTOELECTRONIC DEVICE, AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transflective/reflective optoelectronic device in which interference of light reflected from a reflection region is prevented and to provide an electronic apparatus using the transflective optoelectronic device.

SOLUTION: On a transflective/reflective TFT array substrate of the transflective/reflective optoelectronic device, a light transmission film 8a equipped with a light transmission window 8d is formed for each of pixels 100a formed in a matrix. Also a projecting and recessing pattern 8g for light scattering is formed on a surface of the light transmission film 8a by forming a lower layer side projection and recession forming film 13a on the lower layer side of the light transmission film 8a. Here the pixels 100a are grouped into a plurality of units respectively consisting of a plurality of the pixels which are constructed in such a way that positions for forming the light transmission windows 8d and the projecting and recessing patterns 8g have shapes varying from one pixel 100a to another at least in the same unit.
