PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system with multi-communication system terminals which is enabled to answer calls according to other communication systems while they utilize only one of a plurality of communication systems available in an area. SOLUTION: The radio communication system 100 is composed of multi-terminals waiting according to a specified communication system of a plurality of changeable communication systems and a radio base station sub-system 200. The sub-system 200 receives a request to call the multi-terminal 109 according to any of the plurality of communication systems from an external terminal 101 together with identification information for identifying the communication system, selects the specified communication system from a common database 1026 having stored the plurality of communication systems, and sends the identification information to the multi-terminal 109 according to the communication system. Based on the received identification information, the multi-terminal 109 switches the specified communication system to a communication system identified according to the identification information.
