PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain effect where the contact of the finger of an operator can be detected, and to reduce power consumption and costs for securing durability. SOLUTION: When the finger of the operator is not in contact with a key 12a, a contact detection contact 15a is in contact with a contact detection circuit substrate 14. When the finger of the operator comes into contact with the key 12a, the entire or one portion of the contact detection contact 15a is separated from the contact detection circuit substrate 14. When the entire or one portion of the contact detection contact 15a is separated from the contact detection circuit substrate 14, a contact detection circuit mounted onto the contact detection circuit section substrate 14 detects that the finger of the operator is in contact with the key 12a for outputting a contact detection signal.
