PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress contact of a rotating shaft with an elastic member which is mounted on the rotating shaft so as to control the movement of a shutter curtain. SOLUTION: In an opening/closing device, a buffer member (resin pipe 41), which is formed in a pipe-like shape almost identical with an outer shape of the rotating shaft 40, is mounted on the rotating shaft 40 for supporting the shutter curtain 5, between the rotating shaft 40 and a spring 42, and the shutter curtain 5 is moved, so that the spring 42 can be bent (oscillated) along the cross-sectional direction of the rotating shaft 40 in a longitudinal clearance 46 of the rotating shaft 40 between the rotating shaft 40 and the spring 42; and the buffer member (resin pipe 41) by the spring 42, the oscillation of the spring 42 is absorbed by the buffer member (resin pipe 41) even if the spring 42 is brought into contact with the rotating shaft 40.
