PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper pipe capable of preventing corrosion and deterioration of metal products and the like on which it is wound and mounted from developing over time. SOLUTION: This paper pipe (1) has a corrosion proof function layer (3) at least on a surface layer, and the corrosion proof function layer has an oxidation proof function of the metal performed by a volatile corrosion inhibitor.
