PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead-out belt sticking device capable of dispensing with replacement of an adhesive sheet even when width of the adhesive sheet is changed. SOLUTION: This lead-out belt sticking device 1 is provided with a winding shaft 3 extending in the direction of width of the adhesive sheet 2 to wind the adhesive sheet 2 and a sheet cutter 4 cutting the adhesive sheet 2 wound around the winding shaft 3 in the direction of width. A lead-out belt 5 extending in the direction of width is stuck to an end part of the adhesive sheet 2 cut by the sheet cutter 4 and wound around the winding shaft 3. The lead-out belt 5 is formed by cutting in such a way that its whole length agrees with dimension in the direction of width of the adhesive sheet 2 and it is pressed against the end part of the adhesive sheet 2 at the attitude in which direction of the whole length is along the direction of width of the adhesive sheet 2.
