PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet locking device automated but not conventionally manual and capable of easily carrying out various adjustment. SOLUTION: This pallet locking device of the forklift is provided with a locking bar to lock a pallet by pressurizing it, a driving means to have the locking bar work to lock or unlock the pallet and a control means free to set in an ordinary mode and an adjusting mode, to control the driving means in the ordinary mode and to make the driving means stop driving in the adjusting mode.
