PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out rice cooking based on judging of the mixing ratio of sprouting unpolished rice and polished rice by automatically judging it. SOLUTION: This electric cooker is constituted so as to select a polished rice cooking mode for cooking the polished rice and a sprouting unpolished rice cooking mode for cooking the polished rice including the sprouting unpolished rice. When the sprouting unpolished rice cooking mode is selected, a ratio judgment means automatically judges the mixing ratio of the sprouting unpolished rice and the polished rice, and a control means controls heating power by a heating means after that according to the judged mixing ratio.
