The present invention further provides a kit that includes a first container comprising a dispensi ng means and a first compound; and a second container comprising a dispensing means and a second compound, wherein the first compound may include, inter alia, a naturally occurring polyol, a biocompatible synthetic polyol, and mixtures thereof, and wherein the second compound may include, inter alia, isocyanate.
