FORMATION METHOD OF COAT, CLEAR PAINT USED IN THE METHOD COMPRISING SPECIFIC ACRYL RESIN AND CURING AGENT, AND COATED PRODUCT OBTAINED BY THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for forming a coat, a clear paint used in the method and a coated product obtained by the method are provided, to allow a coat having excellent coating performance and paint stability to be formed on a hard resin-based part by baking at a low temperature for a short time. CONSTITUTION: The clear paint comprises 60-90 wt% of a OH-containing acryl resin having a OH value of 80-160 mg KOH/g and 10-40 wt% of a curing agent, based on the solid part. The OH-containing acryl resin is obtained by radical copolymerizing 8-30 wt% of a primary OH-containing monomer selected from a 4-hydroxybutyl (meth)acrylate monomer and an ε-caprolactone modified vinyl monomer obtained by ring opening polymerizing ε -caprolactone to a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate; 10-40 wt% of a secondary OH-containing monomer; and 30-82 wt% of other polymerizable unsaturated monomer. The method comprises the steps of coating a coloring base paint on a hard resin-based part; coating the clear paint; and curing the two coats.
