WHITE LIGHT-EMITTING OLED WITH HIGH EFFICIENCY

PURPOSE: An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Device) capable of emitting white light is provided to increase the intensity of a light from a light emitting layer by emitting more than one phosphorescence light. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting element includes a light emitting layer between a first electrode(2) and a second electrode(9). The light emitting layer includes more than two light emitting materials. More than one of the two light emitting materials is a phosphorescence light emitting material. The light emitting layer includes a short-wave light emitting layer(5) and a long-wave light emitting layer(6). At least one of peak wavelengths of the light emitted from the short-wave light emitting layer lies within 430 nm through 520 nm. At least one of peak wavelengths of the light emitted from the long-wave light emitting layer lies within 520 nm through 630 nm.
