PURPOSE: A device is provided to avoid ununiformity of an electrical characteristic without generating non-uniformity of a layer thickness by forming a conductive layer in an interconnection pattern region on a substrate by a liquid discharge. CONSTITUTION: The second conductive layer(32) that is electrically separated from a conductive layer(31) formed in an interconnection pattern region on a substrate by a liquid discharge is formed in the outer part of the interconnection pattern region. The second conductive layer is made of the same material as the conductive layer. The second conductive layer is made of almost the same specifications of disposition as the conductive layer and is continuously formed.
