POINT SUPER-ABRASIVE POLISHING OF NICKEL ALLOY BY GRINDING TOOL TO BE COATED WITH SUPER-ABRASIVE POLISHING GRIT

PURPOSE: A point super-abrasive polishing of a nickel alloy is provided to polish a high-hardness material by using a tool to coat a super-abrasive polishing grit and to increase the life of the tool. CONSTITUTION: A tool(10) contains an expansion portion(12), a tip portion(14) and a first shaft portion(16) to be extended from a first face(18) of the expansion portion to the tip portion. The tool has a second shaft(20) to be extended from a second face(22) of the expansion portion. The second shaft is inserted in a grinding spindle of a fast spindle on a machining center machine. The expansion portion has a flattening portion(24) to tighten and remove the tool by using a wrench. The first shaft portion is combined with the expansion portion by a blend or a fillet area(26). The first shaft portion has a grit material(28) to be spread the most of the length.
