PURPOSE: A vehicle seat cover radiating far infrared rays is provided to promote the circulation of blood and to enable easy and comfortable driving. CONSTITUTION: In a vehicle seat cover(10) radiating far infrared rays, far infrared ray radiation panels(16) are arranged to the surface of the vehicle seat cover. A hot wire is built in the vehicle seat cover, to heat the far infrared ray ration panels. The vehicle seat cover comprises a cushion mat(11), a back mat(12), and a head cover(13). A waist rest(14) is formed to the lower side of the back mat for a back rest, and a downward bag(15) is attached to the front end of the cushion mat, to receive required implements. A far infrared ray radiation unit(20), comprising a far infrared lamp fastened to a lamp fastening socket, is formed to the cushion mat, to radiate a large quantity of far infrared rays.
