MANUFACTURING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ARTIFICIAL EXTERIOR DECORATION MATERIALS USING POLYURETHANE FOAM AND ARTIFICIAL EXTERIOR DECORATION MATERIALS FOR HANDLING EASILY AND DECREASING COST OF MATERIALS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for artificial exterior decoration materials using polyurethane foam is provided to handle easily by rolling up around a take-up roll, to decrease the cost for materials and to apply for a building variously. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for artificial exterior decoration materials using polyurethane foam comprises the steps of: placing woven fabrics(1) rolled around a supply roll(2); feeding the woven fabrics(1) and applying polyurethane foam(3) on the woven fabrics(1); making patterns(5) on the surface of the polyurethane foam(3) by passing the woven fabrics(1) applied with the polyurethane foam(3) through a pattern maker(6); covering up the surface of the patterned polyurethane foam(3) with paints(7) as a whole; covering up the projected part of the patterns(5) of the polyurethane foam(3) with light-colored paints(9) to give light and darkness; drying up the polyurethane foam(3); and rolling up the woven fabrics applied with polyurethane foam(3) around a take-up roll(12).
