<p>PURPOSE: To obtain cold air or hot air when a power supply is turned ON by a method wherein air, sucked through a suction port, is switched so as to pass through either one of the penetrating holes of two sets of porous bodies of cooling side and heating side, which is provided with penetrating holes in the suction port and an air outlet port. CONSTITUTION: When an operation lever is positioned at a heating position, a heater preheats a heating side porous body 24. In this case, the penetrating hole 20a of a cooling side porous body 20 is covered by a lid, whereby air from the suction port passes a suction window 11c upon heating and a penetrating hole 24a whereby heated hot air is sent out of the air outlet port 12. On the other hand, when the operating lever is positioned at cooling position, the switch 26 is put OFF and the heating side porous body 24 is not heated. In this case, the suction window 11c upon heating is covered by a lid whereby air from the suction port passes through a suction window 11b upon cooling, the penetrating hole 20a of the cooling side porous body 20 and the penetrating hole 24a of heating side porous body 24, not heated, and cold air, cooled by the cooling side porous body 20, is therefore sent out of the air outlet port 12.</p> |
