PURPOSE: Provided are an improved fine coating apparatus and method, which can be optionally optimized under different fine coating conditions and permits optimized ejection of coating solution. CONSTITUTION: The fine coating apparatus comprises: a fixed block(11); an upper die block(12) fixed to the fixed block(11) and a lower die block(13) disposed controllably to the fixed block(11); an upper die(16) fixed to the upper die block(12) and a lower die(17) fixed to the lower die block(13), both dies(16,17) being inserted in die grooves formed at the top of both die blocks(12,13); an upper lip(18) fixed interchangeably to the upper die(16) and a lower lip(19) fixed interchangeably to the lower die(17), both lips(18,19) inserted in grooves formed at the top of both dies(16,17); a manifold for supplying coating solution, disposed at the bottom of the fixed block(11) so that it can eject the coating solution through a slot formed between the upper die block(12) and the lower die block(13), a slot formed between the upper die(16) and the lower die(17), and a slot formed between the upper lip(18) and the lower lip(19). |
