PURPOSE: A hyper text link device of UE(User Equipment) caption broadcasting is provided to display received contents of caption broadcasting in scroll state, and to access a corresponding provider over a wireless Internet when a designated button is inputted. CONSTITUTION: A wireless unit(110) receives a caption broadcasting signal, and wirelessly accesses the Internet in hyper text link by a control signal. A controller(120) stores the caption broadcasting signal in an assigned area, controls the hyper text link over the wireless Internet, and monitors/controls each unit. A keyboard(130) directly inputs a ticker display operation parameter value of the caption broadcasting signal and an Internet hyper text link wireless access control command signal. A ticker controller(140) sequentially displays the caption broadcasting signal by the control signal. A detailed controller(150) sequentially displays detailed contents of caption broadcasting. A display(160) visually displays the caption broadcasting signal. |
