ATMOSPHERIC PLASMA GENERATOR, IN WHICH ELECTRODE IS INSTALLED AT AN INSULATOR NOZZLE

PURPOSE: An atmospheric plasma generator is provided to prevent gas in plasma state from permeating by forming electrodes at both sides of an insulator nozzle. CONSTITUTION: An insulator nozzle(110) includes a couple of first plates(111a,111b) and a couple of second plates(112a,112b) extended to the outside with predetermined angle. A first electrode(121) and a second electrode(122) are installed at outer surfaces of the first plates, respectively. The first and the second electrodes have different polarities. A gas supply unit(130) is connected to the first plates in order to supply gases to the insulator nozzle. A housing(140) is fixed on each side of the second plates in order to cover the first plates and the gas supply unit.
