PURPOSE: A credit card reader recognizing fingerprints is provided to prevent economical loss happened to a card company and a card holder due to a user with credit risk, and input/read/compare identification of the card user simply by using fingerprint information recorded on a resident registration card. CONSTITUTION: The user(100) inputs a credit card and the resident registration card to a scanner. The user inputs the fingerprint to a fingerprint scanner. A fingerprint recognition reader(110) compares/analyzes the inputted information and displays whether the identification is approved or not. The fingerprint recognition reader approves card use by transferring an identification result to a database of a connected bank or card company(140). The bad user using the credit card doubted or reported as a robbed or lost card is informed/reported to a police station.
