PURPOSE: A system and a method are provided to obtain two or three-dimensional images for enabling surgeons or medical students to perform simulations in an objective and various way. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises a computer system(100) for standardizing two-dimensional medical images including CT and MRI, converting the two-dimensional medical images into three-dimensional plane medical images, and displaying the converted images; and an LCD shutter glass unit(200) for taking, as an input, the three-dimensional plane medical images displayed from the computer system, and displaying the input images in three-dimensional medical images. The computer system includes a database(110), a three-dimensional reproduction unit(120), an image generator(130), a graphical representation unit(140), and a control unit(150). The LCD shutter glass unit includes a VGA adaptor(210), an LCD shutter glass(220), and a controller(230).
