PURPOSE: A boiling device for automatically regulating pressure is provided to improve an energy efficiency and reduce boiling time by preventing steam from being discharged to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A boiling device is composed of a pressure keeping unit(100), a heat generating unit(200) for heating water, a food containing unit(300), a control unit(400) controlling power supplied to the heat generating unit and uniformly keeping the pressure of steam, and a main body(500). The pressure keeping unit prevents steam from being discharged to the outside, and includes a cover(110), a pressure keeping weight(120) disposed at the center of the cover, a magnet(130), a locking unit for locking the cover, a pressure packing(150), and a support unit(160) for supporting the food containing unit.
