A wing opening and closing device stored inside a guard frame (2) in the closed state of a wing (1) supported on the body of a vehicle such as a truck, comprising a first arm (4) supported on the body and moved according to the opening and closing of the wing (1), a second arm (6) connected between one side of the first arm (4) with respect to the pivoted point (3) and the wing (1), a spring (16) having one side supported on the body and generating an energizing force to spring up the wing (1), a spring rod (11) connected to the other side of the spring (16) and moved according to the extension and retraction of the spring (16), a third arm (9) connected between the other side of the first arm (4) with respect to the pivoted point (3) and the spring rod (11), and a guide (13) for guiding the spring rod (11) and a connection point (10) of the third arm (9) to the spring rod (11) so that the spring rod (11) moves basically in horizontal direction along the axis of the spring (16). |
