METHOD FOR SPECIFICALLY IMMOBILIZING MEDIATOR MOLECULES ON SUBSTRATE SURFACES

Method for producing a model of a biological molecule in which structural data for the molecule is obtained using 3-D structural analysis. The data are then transformed into a standardized data set and the data set is then used with a rapid- prototyping method to produce a molecule model. The invention also relates to a corresponding model. An Independent claim is made for a method for specific immobilizing of mediator molecules on substrate surfaces whereby anchor molecules with a helical structure are covalently bonded to the chemical active surface of the substrate and then mediator molecules with an anti-helix structure are immobilized on the substrate surface. The invention also relates to an implant obtained using said mobilizing method.
