PURPOSE: An HGA(Head-Gimbal Assembly) of an HDD(Hard Disk Drive) is provided to attenuate a vibration transmitted to a slider with a predetermined damping unit, thereby reducing the influence of a position error signal and improving reliability on a product. CONSTITUTION: An HGA comprises as follows. A base plate(160) is coupled with a rotative arm. A load beam(150) is connected to the base plate(160) by interposing a hinge member(140). One end of an elastic supporting member(130) is coupled with the load beam(150). In other free section of the elastic supporting member(130), a slider(120) mounted with a magnetic head(110) is supported. A damping member(200) is interposed between the elastic supporting member(130) and a load point(151) disposed on the bottom of the load beam(150).
