METHOD FOR FABRICATING INTEGRATED SILICON CONTACTOR TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an integrated silicon contactor is provided to enhance efficiency of a fabrication process and reduce the manufacturing cost by connecting electrically conductive metal power only to a pushed part of a lead terminal. CONSTITUTION: A cavity is formed between an upper metal mold(12) and a lower metal mold(12'). A mixture of liquefied silicon and conductive metal powder is injected into the cavity between the upper metal mold and the lower metal mold. A conductive silicon part(18) and an insulating silicon part(17) are formed by hardening the mixture of the liquefied silicon and the conductive metal powder. The upper metal mold and the lower metal mold are removed therefrom.
