PURPOSE: A vertical rotation device for a workbench of a prefabricated scaffolding system for the internal inspection and repair of a globular tank is provided to inspect and repair a globular tank effectively by rotating a workbench vertically using a rotation device. CONSTITUTION: The vertical rotation device for a workbench of a prefabricated scaffolding system for the internal inspection and repair of a globular tank comprises: a base frame fixed to the middle of a shaft(100) installed vertically to the inside of a globular tank(B); a movable frame(300) formed on the right and left sides of the base frame, coupled to the middle of the base frame by a hinge(320) and provided with a workbench(310); a primary rope pulley and a secondary rope pulley fixed to hangers(600,610) formed on the outer side of the movable frame(300) and the upper end of the shaft(100) to be approached and to be more distant according to the location of the workbench; a rope(500) whose one end is connected to a bobbin and the other end is connected with the primary rope pulley and the secondary rope pulley; and a driving motor rolling up or unrolling the rope(500) around the bobbin to rotate the workbench(310) vertically.
