PURPOSE: Vibration-proof bodies absorbing noise and vibration are provided to improve a vibration-proof ability and keep heat resistance though time has gone therefore do not lower the vibration-proof ability. CONSTITUTION: The vibration-proof bodies are formed in the form of plates by dispersing 75-95wt% of a soft ferrite powder(2) in a base material(1) formed by mixing 5-25wt% of an asphalt and a rubber in the wt% ratio of 6-45:94-55. The vibration-proof body has a surface layer on the upper part of the base material(1) and/or an insulation layer on the lower part of the base material(1).
