PURPOSE: A radiating apparatus using vibration is provided to improve a radiation effect by forming a plurality of shaking pins on a radiation plate. CONSTITUTION: A radiating apparatus using vibration comprises a radiation plate(100) and a driving unit(120). The radiation plate includes a plurality of shaking pins(110) and is adhered to a plate on which heating elements are mounted. The driving unit shakes the shaking pins with a predetermined period. The driving unit is formed by coupling electro magnet(121) to both ends of the radiation plate.
