PURPOSE: A method for operating a web based enterprise business management program is provided to lower a server installation expense and a program charge by managing many members with a few servers, as the program is operated in a user computer and a manager server undertakes user certification and upgrade. CONSTITUTION: A user executes the web-based enterprise business management program(200). The user accesses and logs in to the manager server(210). The user requests a certification key of each customer enterprise for controlling the operation of a main software and the reading/storage of the business related data for each customer enterprise to the main server(220). The manager server generates/transmits the certification key to the user computer(230). The user operates the main software and reads the business related data from a customer enterprise information database by using the certification key(240). After using the main program, the changed data is stored in the customer enterprise database and the main program is terminated(250).
