PURPOSE: A current reference circuit is provided to supply the constant current source by using only a CMOS transistor and a resistor without depending on the temperature, thereby reducing the power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A current reference circuit includes a first current source circuit(200) and a second current source circuit(210). The first current source circuit(200) generates a first and a second currents having a negative temperature coefficient. And, the second current source circuit(210) receives the second current generated by the first current source circuit(200) as a bias current to compensate it into a positive temperature coefficient and generates a constant current.
