PURPOSE: A payment method using a combination card is provided to settle a transaction price regardless of contact/contactless transaction types by assigning an electronic wallet area, which is a shared data area, to a memory area of the combination card equipped with contact/contactless cards at the same time and charging the electronic wallet area. CONSTITUTION: A user starts settlement by using a corresponding settlement type regardless of transaction types(100). The combination card recognizing a transaction generating price through the contact/contactless types judges settlement possibility by checking a charged balance(130). If the balance is short, the settlement is terminated after displaying an error message(160). If the balance is sufficient, the transaction price is offset(140). The balance offsetting the transaction price is updated to the electronic wallet(150) and the settlement is terminated.
