PURPOSE: A structure of a controller panel for a vehicle air conditioner is provided to injection-mold an In-Mold film integrating the panel and buttons coupled in the panel, thereby reducing required parts. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a controller panel for a vehicle air conditioner includes a printed circuit board(PCB;100), and a control switch(110) fixed to the PCB in the axial direction. A light emitting lamp(130) is axially provided to the PCB with a predetermined distance from the control switch. A button(140) is connected to the control switch at an end. A panel(150) is provided outside the PCB and formed in the shape of "L". An In-Mold Film(F) is injection-molded on the entire surfaces of the button and the panel.
