SYSTEM FOR REMOTE MONITORING MACHINE TOOL USING INTERNET

PURPOSE: A system for remote monitoring a machine tool is provided to monitor/control a processing state of the machine tool installed to a working place at a place except an office and a workshop by using the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The machine tool(100) is equipped with an interface(120) selecting/outputting one of a controlling signal from the outside or an operation panel(110) to the machine tool. A camera(200) is installed around the machine tool and pictures/transmits the processing state of the machine tool. A management server(300) transmits an image signal of each machine tool inputted from the camera to a web server(400) in real-time, outputs a control mode changing signal to the interface of the machine tool depending on an input signal from the web server, and transmits the controlling signal to the machine tool depending on the signal inputted from the web server for the remote control through the Internet. The web server processes the image signal inputted from the management server to a web page, transmits it to a manager computer(500), and transmits an operation signal inputted from the manager computer to the management server.
