A system for laser light delivery from an organic fiber laser (10), including a multi-layered vertical cavity film structure (45), wherein the multi-layered vertical cavity film structure (45) is excited by an energy source (65), and an optical fiber (20) integrated with the multi-layered vertical cavity film structure (45), such that the multi-layered vertical cavity film structure (45) is deposited on the optical fiber (20), and wherein the delivery of laser light (70) occurs at an end of the optical fiber as emitted laser light. <IMAGE>
