AUTOMATIC WIRE WINDING METHOD USING IMAGE INFORMATION AND WINDING DEVICE THEREOF FOR ARRANGING WIRE MATERIAL AUTOMATICALLY

PURPOSE: An image information about position of a wire material is obtained to wind the wire material on a bobbin accurately. CONSTITUTION: In a method for arranging wire material automatically, an extracted wire is guided by a traverse(30) and is wound on a bobbin(20). Three arbitrary points are selected and arranged in three dimension to obtain an image of the wire position. The winding state of the wire material is determined by the image information. Results of normal or abnormal state are transferred to a driving portion to align the wire material.
