PURPOSE: An LC module is provided to form compact line arrangement in a limited stacking area by first and second flexible substrates, thereby incorporating two separate LCD devices compactly. CONSTITUTION: An LC module includes at least two separate LCD devices, a first flexible substrate(3a) stacking a semiconductor chip for driving the LCD devices, and a second flexible substrate(7a) formed with signal transmission lines. Main one(1) of the LCD device is electrically connected to the first flexible substrate, and the other one(2) is electrically connected to the second flexible substrate, wherein the first flexible substrate is electrically connected to the second one. Since both ends of a base glass of the main LCD device are not formed with common lines(5b) provided to the other LCD device, the edge areas of the main LCD device becomes narrower. The driving common lines and segment lines(5b) of the main LCD device drawn from an LC driver(4) are electrically and directly connected to line patterns of a base substrate(1a) of the main LCD device by a conductive adhesive.
