PURPOSE: A table-mounted tableware sterilizer is provided, which irradiates UV rays in such a manner that a user is not directly exposed to the UV rays while using a UV lamp, and which enables tablewares to be simultaneously dried and sterilized. CONSTITUTION: The table-mounted tableware sterilizer comprises: a main body(100) having a space for accommodating tablewares therein and various operation buttons installed on its outer surface; a front panel(110) detachably installed on its front surface; a door(120) openably installed on the front surface of the main body(100) and having a plurality of horizontal slits installed on its rear surface so that UV rays are reflected or scattered rather than being directly irradiated; a shield plate(130) installed inside the main body(100); a UV irradiation unit operating in a state in which the door(120) is closed; a negative ion generator; a tableware drying unit installed at a lower portion of the door(120); and a controller for controlling power supply and operation of the UV irradiation unit and the negative ion generator.
