The device has a plug part (5) and a flange part, whereby the plug part can be rotated relative to the flange part to determine the outlet direction. The plug part is attached to the flange (4) with rotational resistance via at least one mounting ring that engages an annular groove (6). Both opposing sides (14,15) of the groove have corrugations running in the peripheral direction and the ring is inserted into the groove according to the corrugation shape.
