<p>The composition incorporates together with the platelet concentrate which provides fibrinogen and concentrations of platelet derived growth factors (PDGF's) other concentrations of biological supplements such as adenosine triphosphate, amino acids, cytosines, (LIF), hormones, lipids, nucleosides, mineral salts and vitamins, thereby allowing to establish, maintain and extend the proliferation of cell lines of types such as retinal pigment epithelium, fibroblasts, hepatocytes, as well as tumoral lines and other equivalent ones, whereas other specific cell lines such as adipocytes, chondrocytes and osteoblasts and stem cells are the object of adding further new supplements.</p> |
