The use of compositions containing a polysaccharide (I) having 3 - 5 oside units and at least one D-galactose unit linked by an alpha -1-6 bond to a sucrose unit, and a second compound (II) that is positively charged at physiological pH and stimulates pinocytosis or stimulates membrane penetration.
