PURPOSE: A rail structure of a cassette transfer vehicle(CTV) is provided to reduce the number of screws for fixing a travel rail top plate and simplify work for inspection by separating the travel rail top plate from a frame by rotating a partial plate or by a sliding method, thereby improving work efficiency and reducing working hours. CONSTITUTION: Travel rails are installed to move a cassette transfer vehicle which is a carrier for a substrate in a manufacturing process of a liquid crystal display. A frame cases the travel rails. Pedestals are combined with both sides of the frame for supporting the frame. A travel rail top plate is formed of a first plate(120a) fixed on the pedestals, and a second plate(120b) rotatively combined with the first plate by hinges(200) to open and shut an upper part of the frame.
