PURPOSE: Provided are an extraction method of an opuntia by using polyethylene glycol and water, and beauty care soap containing the opuntia extract(active ingredients). The extract has long term storage and the soap containing it has less stimulation on the skin and anti-inflammatory effect as well as excellent moisturizing effect. CONSTITUTION: In the extraction method of an opuntia, it is characterized by mixing 100 parts by weight of opuntia, 100 parts by weight of water, and 20-100 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol, followed by extraction after maturing them at 25 deg.C for 8-48 hours; and filtering the extract with sieve of 200-400 meshes.
