PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing hydrogen from waste silicone, an apparatus therefor capable of producing the hydrogen with a simple device structure and a motor having the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a reactor (12) reacting waste silicone with a hydroxide aqueous solution, a metal hydride (20) storing hydrogen generated by the reaction between the waste silicone and the hydroxide aqueous solution and a storage and filter (14) for storing the solid phase or the liquid phase product generated from the reactor and filtering the solution or the suspension containing the product to separate the solid phase or the liquid phase product from water.
