PURPOSE: A cellular phone terminal having a digital camera is provided to rotate a body only where a digital camera is mounted while a folder having an LCD screen is open, thereby preventing a reverse image from being generated on the LCD screen even though a lens of the digital camera rotates at 360 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A body(30) has plural key buttons. A folder(33) consists of an LCD screen(32) and a speaker. A hinge device(34) couples the folder(33) with the body(30). A camera(31) displays or stores photographed image data on the LCD screen(32). A lens(31a) is attached to the camera(31), and the camera(31) is installed on one side of the body(30). The folder(33) is connected to the hinge device(34) to be open/shut at certain angle in upward direction from the body(30).
