PURPOSE: A lane-guiding color cone is provided to prevent the damage of a product and to guide a lane stably by returning to the original state after falling down on a road by external impact. CONSTITUTION: The lane-guiding color cone comprises a body(10) formed in the shape of a cone to the appointed height and a backing(20) supporting the body. The backing(20) has a hemispheric base, and has a weight(21) in the center. The body(10) is fixed by hanging projections and has a multistage coupling structure to enable expansion-change of the height, and an illuminating device(30) is installed on the uppermost end of the body(10) to switch on and off.
